Please join us on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 9:00 am for a celebratory event hosted by Towson University’s Fair Chance Higher Education (FCHE) and BTU.  FCHE is part of a growing national movement to increase access to higher education for those directly impacted by the criminal justice system.  With your support, there have been many exciting developments this year that we are eager to commemorate with you. Meet the steering committee, learn about developments on our prison-based college program, hear from our guest speakers, and discover how you can become involved.
