FACET FACULTY WORKSHOP ON Transparent and Inclusive Pedagogy

Learn how three small and easy changes to your assignment description can improve student success and support student retention. Based on the research on Transparency in Learning and Teaching (TILT), participants will learn about the importance of articulating the purpose, task, and success criteria for an assignment or exam. Participants are encouraged to bring an assignment or exam from one of their classes to practice implementing TILT. Lunch will be provided to in-person attendees.
