Research University Event: Workshops on Citation Styles for Grad Students
Monday, November 15, 2021
4:00pm-5:00pm
Cook Library, RM526
In a bind as the semester winds down and your research deadline approaches? Cook Library and the Graduate Student Association invite you to learn, practice, and share citation tips, tools, and theories. Library workers will offer direct instruction on APA, Chicago, and MLA citation styles—as well as others used by the natural sciences—plus facilitate discussion on why scholars cite and why so many different styles exist. This 60-minute workshop is offered on-campus and online on two different dates, so pick whichever is most convenient!
No advance registration necessary! Participate at 4 p.m. on 11/15 in CK 526 or at 5 p.m. on 11/16 virtually. To participate in the online event, join from this meeting link or using meeting number 2620 868 8507 and password GSAcitations.
