The new version of Duo Mobile App is available this week: here’s how to update your app
The Duo Mobile App has a new look and feel. A more intuitive interface makes authenticating with Duo Mobile easier when accessing TU’s online services. The way you use Duo at TU does not change.
How to get the update
- If auto-updates are enabled on a compatible device (iOS 13+ and Android 8+), your Duo Mobile app will automatically update sometime between Oct. 11-18. No actions required.
- If you don’t have auto-updates enabled but your device is compatible, manually update through your device’s app store on/after Oct.18.
