The Duo Mobile App is being redesigned with a new look and feel. A more intuitive interface will make authenticating with Duo Mobile easier when accessing TU’s online services. The way you use Duo at TU will not change.

How to get the update

  • If auto-updates are enabled on a compatible device (iOS 13+ and Android 8+), your Duo Mobile app will automatically update sometime between Oct. 11-18. No actions required.
  • If you don’t have auto-updates enabled but your device is compatible, you will need to manually update through your device’s app store on/after Oct. 18.
