Need technology support? The OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center can help
There are several ways for faculty and staff to get technology help with TU accounts, services, and software/hardware issues, and assistance with accessing TU resources:
- Appointments. Walk-ins without an appointment are currently unavailable, so please schedule an appointment for in-person help at our location in Cook Library through www.towson.edu/OTSwalkinAppts. Appointment hours are Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Friday: 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- Phone: 410-704-5151
- Chat: launch at towson.edu/fshc.
- Pre-arranged and approved remote access.
- On-site/in your office if the problem can’t be resolved over the phone.
- Online through TechHelp.
All scheduled technology equipment pick-ups will be available at the Faculty/Staff Help Center’s location in Cook Library, Room 29. Due to increased support volume, you may be asked to leave your equipment at the Help Center for servicing. Visit www.towson.edu/fshc to see hours and all technology support options.
