Hill-Lopes Scholars Program due next week!
The Hill-Lopes Scholars Program is now accepting applications for rising sophomores to be a member the next cohort of scholars. All submissions must be fully completed by Tuesday, June 1.
Students selected as members of the Hill-Lopes Scholars Program participate in 3 years of professional development, community building, career exploration, mentoring, and receive a $1,000 per year scholarship.
To be considered, applicants must be a student in Fisher college with a declared STEM major, have successfully completed STEM coursework at TU, hold a 3.0 GPA or higher (both overall and in STEM coursework), and should be able to make the time commitment to participate for 3 years.

The Hill-Lopes Scholars Program application is facilitated through the Towson University Foundation. Any technical questions as to how to navigate the site in order to submit an application can be directed to Lisa Churchman at lchurchman@towson.edu.
After applications close in June, the Hill-Lopes Scholars Program leadership team will review the submissions and be in touch with selections students for to participate in the interview phase later in the month.

- Log on to the TU Foundation: https://towson.academicworks.com/users/sign_in
- The Hill-Lopes Science & Mathematics Scholars Program Scholarship should appear under your Recommended Opportunities. Please click on the Apply button to submit your application.
- If it is not listed under your recommended opportunities, please click on Opportunities in the black menu bar and select “Ours.”
- Scroll until you see the scholarship and apply.
