Benefits Bulletin: May is Mental Health Awareness Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and few things have been more important than mental health over the past year. The pandemic has led to an unprecedented decline in the physical, mental and social well-being of Americans. Meanwhile, economic turmoil, political strife and racial tensions have added to already heightened feelings of uncertainty, stress and anxiety. While vaccination, reopening and recovery efforts are underway, employees will continue to face a complex set of challenges—and the EAP, Guidance Resources remains ready to help.
