The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system and infrastructure maintenance on Sunday, April 11, 6 – 10 a.m. The following services will be intermittently offline during the maintenance window:

  • tu-secure wireless network
  • VPN
  • Webex Teams phone integration

When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.

As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance windows are Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon and Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments, and deadlines. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center at 410-704-5151.
