Join us Thursday, April 1st, at 5:30 PM for our Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) keynote speaker, Jimanekia Eborn, a Queer Media Consultant, Comprehensive Sex Educator, and Sexual Assault and Trauma Expert. Learn to be a better ally and support sexual assault survivors!
During this talk, we will cover ally/accomplice definitions, learn the correct and incorrect methods of supporting a survivor, provide tools for navigating internal struggles as an ally and discover different ways to give and find support in the community.
You will receive insight into what survivors go through, do some interactive work to try out your skills, and more!
