The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing maintenance on the university’s Data Center network infrastructure this Sunday, March 28, 6:30-9:30 a.m. During the maintenance window, these campus buildings will lose network connectivity including wireless connection and VoIP phones:

  • 7400 York Road
  • Power Plant
  • Dowell Health building
  • Glen Esk

All campus phones will be temporarily affected. There will be approximately 10 minutes during the maintenance window when phone calls to/from off-campus locations will be unavailable.

No other outages are expected during this time, however, some university services may be intermittently unavailable. OTS will make every effort to minimize any service interruptions.

When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.

As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance windows are Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon and Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments, and deadlines. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center at 410-704-5151.
