Technology Help Centers will be located in Cook Library starting March 22

The Office of Technology Services Faculty/Staff Help Center will help clients with technology at temporary location in Cook Library (CK35) through scheduled appointments starting Monday, March 22. Walk-ins without an appointment are currently unavailable.    

Faculty and staff must schedule an appointment to get technology help with TU accounts, services, and software/hardware issues, and assistance with access to TU resources. All scheduled technology equipment pick-ups will be available at this location as well. Appointment Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Visit www.towson.edu/fshc to see all technology support options. 

The OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center location in the Dowell Health Building will permanently close on March 22.
