All TU Webex Meeting accounts now have Webex Assistant. This AI-powered, digital in-meeting assistant, provides automated, real-time transcripts and closed captioning* with post-meeting editing capabilities. No actions are required to use Webex Assistant, which is available in Webex Meetings (not Webex Teams). To learn how to use this new service, see page two of OTS Training’s Captioning and Transcription guide.

*Automated captions/transcripts do not constitute an accommodation for people that are hard of hearing. Please continue to follow existing processes for accommodations.
