- General computing and technology questions: contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center or submit an online TechHelp service request. Students should contact Student Computing Services (SCS).
- In the classroom: report an issue or get help through Classroom & Computer Lab Technologies (CCLT).
- Blackboard: see TU Blackboard support options.
- Self-help: search technology documents and videos.

Protect the campus from cyberattacks
- Use TU’s new Zoom meeting default setting whenever possible.
- Report suspicious email: if using Outlook on a desktop/laptop, click the “Report Phish” button; on a mobile device, forward the email to phishing@towson.edu.
- Request a virtual interactive phishing presentation: submit a TechHelp service request or email securityawareness@towson.edu.
