Compensatory Leave Payments – UPDATE

In accordance with TU policy 07-06.12 on Compensatory Leave, regular non-exempt staff who have unused compensatory leave as of Jan. 12, 2021 will be paid for those hours in their Feb. 3, 2021 pay check. Please note the corrected date–a previous TU Today post indicated the payments would be included in the Jan. 20, 2021 pay check, which is not the case. Payments will be adjusted to reflect any usage of compensatory leave between Dec. 30, 2020 and Jan. 12, 2021.

Departments are reminded that unused compensatory leave payouts are charged to your budget in the overtime account 501605. Please plan accordingly.
