Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace
Emotional intelligence is an important skill to utilize at work, but not everyone is familiar with what it is or how to leverage it. In this workshop, you will learn about:
- Spending time with self-awareness
- Practicing empathy
- Labeling fears
- The importance of being genuine
- Increasing self-management
- Taking care of yourself
- Changing your thoughts
- Managing relationships
This workshop is intended for supervisors or individual employees at any level, and takes place on Tuesday, December 1st from 10-11am and Thursday, December 3rd from 2-3pm.
