Families First Coronavirus Response Act expands FMLA
In response to the global pandemic the Department of Labor published regulations in accordance with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“FFCRA”) that expands the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and provides emergency paid sick leave to employees for certain COVID-19 related reasons.
