If you are using Zoom to hold or attend TU class sessions or meetings, you must be logged in through your TU Zoom account-not a personal one. Here’s how to log in or confirm you’re using the correct account: read the steps or watch the quick video.
Stuck in the Waiting Room? If you’re in the Waiting Room of a TU Zoom session, you most likely aren’t logged in with your TU account. Logout and back in securely following the same confirmation steps in the PDF or video.
