Open Enrollment: New Workday Login Process, Action Required
A new login process has been implemented for Workday, part of the State of Maryland’s Statewide Personnel System (SPS), used by TU to manage health benefits enrollment and elections for faculty and staff.
You can select a method that works best for you: a one-time passcode via email or text, a passcode through a mobile app on your mobile device, or security questions. You must select at least one method, but can set up multiple methods. This new secure login process uses OneLogin, (similar to DUO, the multi-factor authentication tool used for TU applications).
It is important that benefits-eligible faculty and staff complete this process as soon as possible, as it will be required for the Benefits Open Enrollment period beginning on October 19, 2020.
Refer to the Quick Reference Guide on the TU OHR Workday for Benefits web page. This self-help document will walk you through how to log into the system and set up the required 2-factor authentication.
