Workshop TODAY: Supporting Faculty and Staff who are Caregivers of Children: How to Manage Multiple Roles

Faculty and staff at TU who are parents or caregivers of children are facing some of the biggest challenges of their careers. It can be very difficult to find a balance between your work responsibilities and those of caring for children and/or helping them with remote school. Please join FACET, OHR, and other university partners for a workshop discussing strategies and resources to help you better manage stress while handling these multiple roles and responsibilities. This 1 hour workshop will take place via Zoom on Monday, September 28^th from 1-2pm,  and  Tuesday, September 29^th from 10am-11am.
