Apply for the Asian, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern, and Desi American (APIMEDA) Learning Community TODAY!
This 7-week cohort-based program aims to engage participants through activities, workshops, and other educational tools. This learning community will focus on our personal understanding of what it means to be Asian, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern or Desi American. We will explore the social and cultural implications of these identities and the representations (and lack thereof) of our communities.
The APIMEDA Learning Community will take place on Wednesdays starting September 16th through October 28th from 4-6PM. All sessions will take place online. Link will be provided after registration. Apply today and nominate other students to participate.
Apply at bit.ly/APIMEDALead.
Based on the Social Change Model of Leadership, this learning community aims to empower participants to create positive social change. For questions or accommodations, please contact the Center for Student Diversity at diversityworks@towson.edu.
