Please join us in congratulating Shelley Etzine, Director of the English Language Center, on her retirement! After 27 years at TU, Shelley will be retiring on August 31. During her time here, Shelley has positively impacted countless international students as the heart and soul of the English Language Center.  Her instinctively caring nature and passion for English language learning has been a tremendous asset to the University and she will be sorely missed.
