Faculty/staff: not sure where to find technology support? Save this list!
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) welcomes you to the fall semester! OTS has technology resources and services to help facilitate academic and administrative success. Be sure to save these links for future reference:
Support options
- The OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center is the primary point of contact for computing questions and technology help. Call 410-704-5151 or live chat with OTS. Students should contact Student Computing Services (SCS). Technology self-help docs are accessible at any time.
- Report an issue or get support in the physical or virtual classroom: call x4-TECH, (410-704-8324), visit Classroom & Computer Lab Technologies (CCLT), or look for the CCLT chat icon on an instructor computer and chat live with OTS.
- Submit a question or support request using our self-service web-based system, TechHelp.
- Get TU Blackboard support: visit towson.edu/blackboard for options.
- Unsure if an email is safe? Forward suspicious email to OTS’ Office of Information Security: If using Outlook on a desktop/laptop, click the “Report Phish” button. If using a mobile device forward it to phishing@towson.edu. Both options send the email to the Security Operations team for review.
