Class of 2020: How You Can Still Get Your Grad Pic with the Cook Tiger
Congratulations on your graduation! You did it!
It is a time-honored tradition for TU graduates to get their pictures taken with the tiger statue in front of the library. Unfortunately COVID-19 has meant that getting this picture in-person isn’t an option right now.
But, we’ve created the next best thing.
This folder includes two Zoom backgrounds that you can upload to the platform. One is of the tiger close up so you can get more of a head shot with the tiger. The other one is a far shot so it’s great if you want to get the full effect.
We’ve also included some graduation caps so you can get the full effect.
Here’s how you can get a picture of yourself with the library’s tiger:
Step 1: Create a free account or log in to Zoom
Step 2: Start a meeting with video
Step 3: Go under video settings (it’s the up arrow next to Stop Video) and click on Virtual Background
Step 4: Upload one of the tiger pictures that’s in https://bit.ly/TUGradCookTiger
Step 5: Record a video of yourself with the tiger or hit Ctrl and Alt and PrtScr at the same time to take a still
Step 6: Share your photo or video on social media and don’t forget to tag Cook Library (Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook)
