Contingent Exempt II completion of time sheets – Memorial Day Holiday
Towson University is closed for the Memorial Day holiday from Friday, May 22, 2020 to Monday, May 25, 2020.
Staff in departments that observe non-traditional work hours and schedules, or which perform essential functions, should discuss coverage with their supervisors.
Below is a sample time sheet to use as a guide for the Memorial Day holiday. You must be in an active, paid status to earn any of the holidays below. If you perform work on a particular day, record D for duty day. If you use other leave during this time, record it on the time sheet.
Because the holiday will not pre-populate on the time sheet, employees will have to manually add the hours to May 22nd and May 25th.

Week Two example is for pay period ending 05/22/20 and Week One example is for pay period ending 06/05/20.
