Being Mindful and Staying in the Moment (Tonight, 6pm)
One of the most effective ways to deal with stress and adversity is to shift our temporal focus back to the present moment. This interactive session will use video and audio exercises to provide a framework for how to remain in the moment and turn down the volume on distractors impeding our well-being.
Join the International Student and Scholar Office for an online training session entitled “Being Mindful and Staying in the Moment” with Professor Faizan Imtiaz from the Department of Psychology, who also serves as a Diversity and Inclusion Faculty Fellow. This is the last session of our series for the semester.
