Join the Office of HR for a virtual discussion about work/life balance
Faculty and staff throughout TU (and throughout the world!) are facing new and unexpected challenges with suddenly working from home. Making this transition can be stressful, especially while dealing with stress and anxiety around staying safe and healthy, caring for children and family during the workday, and little time to prepare for the change. The Office of Human Resources is putting together a series of virtual learning and discussion sessions around a variety of topics related to working remotely and dealing with life during a global pandemic. Our intention is to create a space for connection, collaboration, and growth during this unusual period of work.
All faculty and staff are invited to join for our first session of this series, which will focus primarily on work/life balance. The session will be 1 hour long, and will include some guidance on this topic as well as plenty of time for discussion and interaction with others throughout the university community. To accommodate as many schedules as possible, we will hold this session at both 10am and 2:30pm on Wednesday, April 8th .
To join the session, please visit https://towson.webex.com/join/jmrice. There is no need to pre-register.
