OTS’ Faculty/Staff Help Center is temporarily located in Dowell Hall 

The OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center has temporarily moved to Dowell Hall to better provide technology supportHere’s how we can help: 

Walk-in support is performed from Dowell Hall. Walk-ins and on-campus office work hours are 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays. All other support will be handled by staff remotely during our scheduled hours. 

Online and remote support is available. We’re still available by phone, chat, or through TechHelp. See www.towson.edu/fshc for hours and all technology support options. Students get remote support from Student Computing Services at www.towson.edu/scs.
