Due to the expanded use of telework throughout the University System of Maryland and other state agencies, the State Central Payroll Bureau (CPB) will accept original supplemental retirement forms directly from employees without a Benefits Coordinator signature. Links to the deduction authorization forms are on the Benefits/Retirement webpage. Forms can be sent to CPB, P.O. Box 2396, Annapolis, MD 21404. Please send a paper or electronic copy of any submitted form to Yore Awodipe in the Office of Human Resources. Once normal business operations resume, the Benefits Coordinator signature will be .
Fidelity has cancelled onsite meetings and events effective Monday March 16th. This suspension is in effect for at least the next 30 days. Fidelity phone based representatives are available to help participants and can be reached at 1-800-248-4213.
A TIAA consultant will be contacting employees who have a scheduled one-on-one consultation to provide an alternate method of meeting. For any questions regarding your TIAA account, you can reach a representative at 1-800-842-2252.
