How to get tech support during the next few weeks: save this list
Students, faculty, and staff can continue to get technology help during these next few weeks. Here are the best ways to get the support you need:
Faculty/Staff
- For help with Classroom Technology, contact CCLT. See hours. Classroom technologies are available that can help with teaching and learning during this time. Contact us for guidance and advice.
- For all other technology-related issues like connectivity, service, or login issues, contact the Faculty/Staff Help Center. See hours and support options, including chat, at towson.edu/fshc.
- For Blackboard-specific issues, see TU Blackboard Team’s hours at towson.edu/blackboard.
- You can submit a TechHelp online service request at any time. Higher than normal volume is predicted during this time so thank you for your patience while we provide support to the campus.
