The Office of Human Resources has created a workshop to help you set and achieve your goals. During this workshop, we will:

  • Discuss the importance of goal setting
  • Discuss the challenges and benefits of goal setting
  • Identify the components of SMART goals
  • Discuss the importance of goals as a tool for development
  • Draft at least one SMART goal that relates to your work and aligns with a Strategic/Departmental goal.
