The low-down Spring Break 2020 Modified Shuttle Service & Parking Enforcement
Parking & Transportation Services will modify its shuttle service and parking enforcement during the upcoming spring break (Monday, Mar. 16 – Friday, Mar. 20). If you are sticking around campus, here is what you need to know:
Modified Spring Break Shuttle Service
- Starting on Saturday, Mar. 14, on-campus shuttle service will be suspended for the duration of spring break.
- Off-campus shuttles will operate on a modified Holiday Schedule.
- SafeRide will conclude its service at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Mar. 14.
- Paratransit service will be available 7:30 a.m. through 7 p.m., Mon. – Fri.
Check the TURide app or tutigerride.com for real-time off-campus shuttle information. On-campus shuttle service will resume on Sunday, Mar. 22 at 4 p.m.
Baltimore Collegetown Shuttle will not be in service Monday, Mar. 16 – Friday, Mar. 20. Shuttle service to resume on Saturday, Mar. 21. For more information, please visit https://baltimorecollegetown.org/
Modified Spring Break Parking Enforcement
- Spring Break modified parking enforcement goes into effect on Monday, Mar. 16 at 6 a.m. All current TU permits will be valid in designated Core and Resident areas.
- All other parking rules and regulations will remain unchanged during the modified enforcement period.
- Regular parking enforcement will resume Monday, Mar. 23 at 6 a.m.
- A valid TU permit is required year-round in order to park on campus from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday.
The Parking & Transportation Services office will close a half-hour earlier during spring break. Office hours will be 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mon. – Fri. For additional information, visit towson.edu/parking or contact Parking & Transportation Services at 410-704-PARK (7275) or upark@towson.edu.
