RecycleMania is here!
Get hype for RecycleMania! From Feb. 2 to Mar. 28, TU will compete against universities across the world to raise awareness for composting, recycling and waste minimization. You can help by discarding materials in the right bin:
Recycle: bottles, cans, plastic cups, clean paper and clean cardboard
Compost: food scraps, napkins, pizza boxes, #7 PLA bioplastic and certified compostable Starbucks cups
Landfill: snack wrappers and chip bags
You can also recycle small personal electronics, batteries, printer cartridges and fluorescent light bulbs in specialty bins located in the Union and West Village Commons.
Try carrying your own reusable cups, bottles, straws, etc. to truly reduce waste!
