Open Enrollment: Benefit Elections for January 1, 2020
Now that Open Enrollment has concluded, below are some next steps.
To view your 2020 plan year benefit elections:
Log in to Workday
Click on Benefits in the Applications section
Scroll down to View and select Benefit Elections as of Date
Enter 1-1-2020 in the date field to see your 2020 benefits
Please note, if you did not make a change to a plan or coverage amount, for most plans the Coverage Begin Date will be the date you originally selected that coverage or the date of conversion into the SPS/Workday system.
Faculty and staff with a Life Event or Job Change event since the Open Enrollment period, get a new 14-day Open Enrollment event. Once finalized/completed, the 2020 elections will appear in Workday.
Plan cards will be sent out in batches. Faculty and staff can expect their plan cards between December 20 and January 31.
