Announcement: “Sweaty Eyeballs and Animated Documentary” Sabbatical Presentation by Phil Davis
Phil Davis, Associate Professor in the Department of Art + Design, Art History, Art Education, will deliver his sabbatical presentation on Friday, December 6 at 10:00am in the Center for the Arts, Rm. 4005.
“Sweaty Eyeballs and Animated Documentary” is a talk about the dual work of creating the preproduction materials and sound for a documentary animation about a family member while juggling the creation and directing of a three day international animation festival in Baltimore. Professor Davis will discuss how this scholarly work is directly informing the content in the various animation classes he teaches within the Digital Art & Design BFA major.
