Instructors, Prepare Ahead for Course Evaluations
Next week course evaluations are going to open for the 1st 7 -Week Courses. Here is some information to help you successfully run course evaluations.

- 1st 7- Week Courses: October 2-October 10
- Full Semester Courses: November 25-December 10
- 2nd 7- Week Courses: December 2-December 10

The course evaluation schedule is posted here. https://www.towson.edu/ir/courseeval.html.
Please review your sections to see when they will be evaluated. If you see an issue, talk to your chairperson to work it out.
Please be aware that course evaluations are not administered when:

- The section has no primary instructor. If that is the case, please have your chairperson update the instructor assignment in PeopleSoft.
- The section is classified with one of the following component types: clinical (CLN), field experiences (FLD), independent study (IND), informal credit activity (ICA), internship (INT), physical activity (ACT), practicum (PRC), student teaching (STT), thesis research (THE), and travel (TST).
- The section does not meet the minimum enrollment threshold of three students.
- How Can I Prepare?

- Tell Students directly how much you value their feedback.
- Allow students time to complete course evaluations during class time.
- Assure students that evaluations are anonymous.
