Facilities Service Requests Now Available Online

Facilities Management is making service requests easier! In the coming weeks, several request forms can be completed online using DocuSign. They include:

  • Work Control Work Orders
  • Fleet Requests
  • Driver Clearances
  • Project Planning Requests

The forms for these requests are updated on Facilities’ Forms Repository to reflect our new online capability. The department will continue to process service requests made via the old system through Monday, September 2, 2019. After that, all requests will be processed through DocuSign.
