Register your accessible license plate or placard with Parking & Transportation Services

TU students, faculty and staff can register their accessible (handicap) placard or license plate with Parking & Transportation Services.  Registering your accessible placard/license plate is a convenient way to identify your vehicle as having the correct credentials for parking in restricted accessible (handicap) spaces. It reduces the chance that you will receive a citation if you forget to display your placard.

To register, go to: https://www.towson.edu/parking/forms/handicapreg.html.

Registered drivers may park in any accessible space on campus as long as a valid TU parking permit is associated with the vehicle during enforcement hours (Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.).  Please ensure placards are clearly displayed in your vehicle.  Please also remember that plates & placards may only be used by the individual registered through the MVA.  Registering or using another person’s placard is not allowed at any time.

For additional information, please visit the Parking and Transportation website at www.towson.edu/parking or call 410-704-PARK.
