Hot Water Outage June 30 & July 1

There will be a hot water outage on the east side of campus from approximately 10 p.m. Sunday, June 30 through 10 p.m. Monday, July 1.  The following buildings will not have hot water during this time:

  • 7800 York Road
  • Cook Library
  • Linthicum Hall
  • Media Center
  • Newell Dining
  • Newell Hall
  • Prettyman Hall
  • Richmond Hall
  • Scarborough Hall
  • Old Smith Hall
  • Stephens Hall
  • Van Bokkelen Hall

The outage is necessary to install a steam flow meter to measure steam usage on the east side of campus, enabling TU to accurately track steam requirements for the campus utility plant.
