IRB Standard Review Applications Due Friday
IRB Applications for Standard Review are due this Friday, June 21st by 11:59 PM. Please refer to the IRB website for more information on the review process to determine if your research is required to meet this deadline. All applications for standard review will be submitted to the IRB on the 21st and should expect comments within 3 weeks. Applications submitted after this date will not be reviewed until the following month’s deadline.
*Notes: There may be delays in the normal 1 week (accelerated) and 3 week (standard) review timelines since reviewing faculty may be out of office during some of this time. Applications requiring full board review will be reviewed during the IRB’s August meeting. Requests for accelerated review and amended applications continue to be accepted on a rolling basis.
