De-Stress Your Finals at Cook Library
Do finals have you stressed out? Come to Cook Library and participate in the many de-stress activities we’re offering.
Monday, 5/13:
- Relax Your Brain Station (through Monday, 5/20)
- Color your stress away at this relaxation spot at the front of the 3rd floor
- Study Ducks (through Monday, 5/20)
- If you find a little duck in the library, feel free to give them a good home
- Virtual Reality Study Break (4pm-8pm outside the Tech Suite on the 2nd Floor)
- Take a study break by testing out the virtual reality hardware we’ve borrowed from Baltimore County Public Library. You can play games and explore virtual worlds.
Tuesday, 5/14:

- Transform Your Thoughts (through Tuesday, 5/21)
- Look for these posters placed around the library to help you get in the right mindset for your finals

- Finals Survival Kits (10am – 11am, or as long as supplies last)
- Stressed over finals week? Cook Library has you covered! Take a Finals Survival Kit filled with free treats and studying supplies!
