Employers look for critical thinking & problem solving skills in candidates who are applying for jobs that require them to use abstract thinking to effectively overcome problems and make decisions. Exercise sound reasoning when analyzing data, identifying problems, generating alternatives, and selecting solutions that are consistent with the desired end result.
