Want a free fitness test for Public Health Month?

Are you a student interested in learning how you perform on a physical fitness assessment?  If so, the Department of Kinesiology Exercise Science Students will be happy to assist you!

In honor of National Public Health Month, Exercise Science students will be conducting free comprehensive physical fitness assessments for groups of students on Friday, May 3, 2019 in Burdick Hall 102.  These free assessments will include measurements to determine your resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular fitness and flexibility.

To participate, you must be willing to follow explicit pre-test instructions which will be e-mailed to your TU e-mail address once you successfully sign up.  Prior to the assessment, you must also fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).  The answers you provide on the PAR-Q will determine your eligibility to engage in the physical fitness assessment.  If a PAR-Q is not completed, you will not be able to engage in the assessments.  The assessments are approximately 90 minutes in length and you must stay for the full assessment.  Spots will fill fast, so please click on this link today to sign up for a time slot that works with your schedule:
