Extended downtime for OTS’ Sunday maintenance window

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance this Sunday, March 31, from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. The following services will be intermittently offline during this extended maintenance window:

• PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services/Campus Solutions
• PeopleSoft Financials
• PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
• MyTUMobile

Due to the nature of the maintenance, other applications could experience intermittent connectivity issues during the maintenance window. When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS Alerts website, http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.

As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
