Last Day to Cancel 2018/2019 TU Parking Permits for Pro-Rated Refund

The last day to cancel your TU parking permit and receive a pro-rated refund for the 2018/2019 academic year is Friday, March 29, 2019 by 4pm. After this date, permits may be cancelled, but no refunds will be given.

Students, faculty or staff needing to cancel their parking permits should contact the Auxiliary Business Office (ASBO). Prorated refunds will be processed by ASBO until March 29, 2019.

Upon cancellation of your permit, please remember that a valid TU permit is required to park on campus.  If you cancel your permit, you may be eligible to apply for the alternative transportation program if you walk, bike, drive, and utilize TU shuttles or public transportation to & from campus. Should you need to drive to campus, you may purchase a daily visitor pass using the Parkmobile app or the “Pay by Plate” option at paystations throughout the campus.   Weekly and monthly passes that are valid in the Stadium parking areas may be bought online through your eParking account. Please be aware, that daily, weekly and monthly permits are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure you park in the designated area based on the parking permit type.
