Take a FREE Women’s Self Defense Class
Enroll now in the spring 2019 highly acclaimed and nationally recognized self-defense program known as R.A.D.
R.A.D. stands for Rape Aggression Defense and is the Women’s Self Defense Class. This program is a hands-on course designed to emphasize developing and enhancing options of self-defense. This course will teach basic self-defense techniques and emphasize common sense approaches to safety on campus. Classes are taught by certified instructors from the Office of Public Safety.
This class is open to all students, faculty and staff who identify as female.
The course will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday evenings beginning April 9, 2019. There are a total of four sessions to complete the class. Each session will be from 6 pm to 9 pm. Class location will be provided when confirmation is received. This course is available at no cost, but it is advised that you register early, as class size is limited.
