Contingent II Non-Exempt Staff – Winter Break 2018

Towson University was closed for winter break from December 21, 2018, through January 1, 2019.  Holidays pre-populated for December 25, 2018, and January 1, 2019.  You must be in an active, paid status in order to earn the winter holidays.

Staff, who are in departments that observe non-traditional work hours and schedules, or which perform essential functions, should discuss coverage with their supervisors.

Below is a sample time sheet to use as a guide for the winter break.  Days, which are not designated holidays and on which no work is performed, should be coded with accrued annual leave or left blank.

If you have questions about completing your time sheet, please email finservehelp@towson.edu.  If you have questions about your leave, please email leavebenefits@towson.edu.

^Accrued annual leave may be used on these dates. If the employee does not have accrued annual leave, the day should be left blank. If leave is not used to cover these days, the time will be unpaid.
