Director of Facilities Administration & Support Services Pauletta Riley is retiring on Jan. 1, 2021.

A University System of Maryland employee for 36 years, Pauletta came to Towson University in 2007 as Director of Facilities’ Finance Department. She made significant achievements during her time at TU, including creating a staff development program which provided personalized career path training for Facilities employees. She also oversaw custodial contracts, using a sharp eye to reduce costs while adhering to APPA standards. Pauletta’s support of the Office of Sustainability helped implement more sustainable custodial and recycling services, reducing the university’s carbon footprint.
