OTS’ Sunday Maintenance Window: multiple services affected
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing the following system and infrastructure maintenance on Sunday, May 31, from 6 a.m. until noon. The following services will be intermittently offline during the maintenance window:
- Towson Online Services/PeopleSoft and myTU Mobile
- PeopleSoft HCM
- PeopleSoft Financials
- Tiger Travel
- ImageNow
- myTU website (online hub for students, faculty, and staff)
- Campus wireless network service (tu-secure and tu-openaccess)
- Virtual Workspace
When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines. If you have any questions about the outage, please contact OTS at 410-704-5151.
