While much of our concern has been the immediate problem of our classes, many of us have been worried about our careers and the careers of our colleagues. How do we work and how do we work together under these conditions? In this session, we will hold an open discussion over these wide-ranging concerns:
- How can tenured colleagues help their untenured colleagues?
- How can departments move their faculties towards reappointment, tenure and promotion?
- Can mentoring help us to form effective communities in the face of our current adversities?
